FollowUpThen is simply an email address. If you send an email to 3days@followupthen.com, for example, you will get an email back in 3 days. It can be used in the 'cc' and 'bcc' fields as well (see followupthen.com). While this has many productivity use cases (clearing out inbox, reminders for important emails), our top users are in sales and marketing.
