Auracast is a Bluetooth radio beacon-receiver device and app that lets you "mircocast" your profile info in real time/space, on a mobile device. It bookmarks people and places of interest, makes social introductions for you, either inside a bar or on the sidewalk. Set the parameters of what type of person you're interested in meeting and Auracast breaks the ice for you. It can spur an on-the-spot meeting or save it for later online as it interfaces with Facebook or other social networking apps.
