Political campaigns, sales reps, and call centers use Impact Dialing to make their calling operations more efficient. Users upload a list of leads and write a script. Their callers log in and are placed on hold until a lead answers. Impact Dialing displays the lead's name and the caller talks to the lead, records the outcome, and is placed on hold again.
