I am the owner of a solar PV project, 19 MW, close to be finalized (shovel ready).I own the SPV holding the project rights.I am willing to give 25% of the company shares, against 85,000 Euro.This amount is necessary for me to finalize the inter-connection study and to obtain relevant grid connection permits.I have in place 100% EPC financing, once the project is finalized.Consequently, the investor will own 25% of an operational solar park.
