Monitor My Meds is a sophisticated care management platform that allows caregivers to monitor medication adherence and keep the caregiving community, including family, informed of the condition of their client/patient. At its simplest level the platform allows for connection to and from the senior by telephone, cellular or analogue, requiring no equipment, installation, training or internet access on the part of the senior being cared for.
