We make people. It's not a new concept. Teach a man to fish. I want to take unemployed people off the street. If they have the aptitude for programming. Teach them to become programmers. Let them work on real projects which they complete and release into marketplace. Teach them skills to start their own businesses and then give them incubator space in which to practice their skills. The idea is to take people who can't find work or been unemployed and give them the skills they need to succeed
