ZoomEssence developed patent pending spray drying process that atomizes liquids to powders at ambient temperature. The predominant spray drying technology in use today utilizes a mixture of a 400° Fahrenheit heated gas with an atomized (sprayed) fluid within a vessel (drying chamber) causing the solvent to evaporate. Exposing sensitive, volatile liquid ingredients to high temperatures causes molecular degradation that negatively impacts solubility, stability and overall profile of the powder.
