Our system is based on the concept of quality food for the products range, as well as the authenticity of restaurants representing the "sicilianity". Our core business is to sell Sicilian rotisserie foods in their salt variety (e.g. arancina, calzone) The salt rotisserie will also be offered in a menu, together with a drink and a typical Sicilian dessert (cannolo, cassata etc.).
