The idea of Unite Me is to unite users with businesses that support the causes they care about. Unite Me offers businesses the opportunity to market to a specified number of consumers based on cause. Each cause can be specified down to a certain market or number of people that care about that cause. Businesses compete for placement among members of that cause by offering discounted products or services as well as a specified donation dollar amount to a selected charity per unit sold.
