I was looking to start a broker dealer from the infancy stages and apply for Finra/SEC approval. In my quests I came across a few companies that list producing broker/dealers for sale. I'd now like to buy an existing brokerage firm and transition my office of five producing brokers with a trailing 12 of $550K+ We are profitable at this stage just need to gain access to capital to leave our present broker dealer and the transition can be done in 30 days
