ExampleJohn loves math and his weak area is writing. John chooses to help with homework / study problems requiring math skills. He earns credit / money for each assignment he completes. A couple of weeks later, John requires help with writing. He posts a request paying with the credit / money he has earned and receives help! John still has more credit he can spend so he turns it into cash.
