VFan “micro translate” is a social network platform aiming to make the world’s online content universally accessible in any language. Users can read, translate and share tweets in their language. It is a Mechanical Turk translator for social media. We have bridged Twitter and Sina Weibo, (two of the largest micro blogs) to enable their users to access translated content. Our next step will expand beyond micro blogs and enables real-time translation to any website written in any language.
