I believe there is a much better way of implementing large scale pv installations without using large swaths of open land and keeping that land open is where this idea originated. Massive amounts of commercial rooftops remain available and this is where I believe those of us in renewables should really be starting. This company, P and P Solar, will negotiate a reasonable lease rate for use of a commercial rooftop, install our own pv system, and sell directly back to a utility company.
