ArborWind is a start up commercializing a patented vertical axis wind turbine. The world needs green, low cost electricity and ArborWind’s 35 kW PT100 will provide it. At 9¢ per kWh, the PT100’s LEC is competitive with utility-scale sources of electricity. ArborWind will initially market the PT100 to large farm operations: irrigation of 500+ acres, dairies with 200+ head, and green houses with 5000+ square feet under roof. Initial market potential: 14,0000 units.
