Municipo is a cloud/SaaS platform enabling city, municipal & other authorities to run interactive web services to support their work. Municipo makes it possible for authorities to manage web-based non-urgent problem reporting websites, reducing the need for expensive & cumbersome telephone call centres – saving millions. Municipo also enables authorities to facilitate greater citizen involvement in their neighbourhoods, and for authorities themselves to become the local online 'focal point'.
