This biodiesel processor is more technologically advanced, and simpler to use than any other processor in its class. Each batch is fully controlled by a PLC (industrial computer). The PLC will also check for problems along the way. Should a problem arise, it will safely shut down the machine and alert the operator of the problem and potential solutions through the 8" touch panel display. There is almost no user interaction with the machine needed to complete a batch. It can produce 60 gallons of biodiesel every four hours.Biodiesel is an alternate to diesel fuel. Biodiesel reduces emissions by over 80% and can be produced for as little as $0.70 per gallon with this processor.
