Clickslide was a company that created tools for apps builders. We received investment from Ariadne Capital and a three other private investors. It was a failure as it lacked credibility in the marketplace as a suitable replacement for the traditional apps development workflow. We did however invent a way to create an API only architecture that allows us to build full-stack apps to be built by front-end developers at prototype speeds. The company was put into voluntary liquidation in April 2015. It was my greatest failure. It was also a tremendous lesson in choosing the right allies. I am happy to discuss the details offline.
