MedConnections iPharmacy and PACE Health Connect apps recruit and engage patients to improve their adherence with medication and medical condition instructions. We provide over 1,000 messages, alerts and reminders for 35 conditions to patients and caregivers through patent pending interactive notification technology. Health plans, provider organizations and self-insured employers pay for patient's use of the apps through operational savings.
