I come from a marketing/brand management background and I feel "digital" failed in certain ways. It particularly did not do well for businesses. It also did not actually bring people closer.I think the underlying problem that we wanted to solve was, "Why is it not possible to have one service where I can interact with all my friends (non-friends) as well as businesses, both online and offline."
