BEIJING, January 18 (TMTPOST) — The Trump administration has notified several Huawei's chip suppliers in the U.S., including Intel, that it will terminate the licenses for doing business with Huawei, according to Reuters.
The Trump administration is also planning to reject tens of applications from Huawei to gain access to American supplies.
The executive power of the American president holds will be transferred from outgoing President Trump to President-elect Joe Biden in three days. Inauguration Day is January 20.
Intel and the U.S. Department of Commerce have not responded to the news report.
