BEIJING, April 11 (TMTPOST) — Chinese smartphone brand Vivo rolled out its first flagship tablet titled Vivo Pad on Monday, starting from 2,499 yuan.

Vivo Pad, which took the company two years to build, comes in an 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB version for users to choose from. The former is sold at 2,499 yuan and the latter is priced at 2,999 yuan.

Vivo Pad runs on Origin OS HD system and enables cross-device operation. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 and runs with 8GB of RAM, which allows the device to run most applications smoothly. Vivo Pad is equipped with an 11-inch 2.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. In addition, the tablet is compatible with a stylus called Vivo Pen that can be attached to the tablet magnetically. Vivo Pad also has a quad-speaker system with support for Dolby Atmos. The tablet has a 13MP dual-camera system.

The tablet has a metal body case and weighs only 489g. Vivo Pad has an 8,040mAh battery pack and supports 44W fast charging. The tablet supports up to 15 hours of mobile use.

Besides Vivo Pad, the Chinese smartphone company also launched its first foldable phone named X Fold and high-end business flagship X Note on Monday. Vivo X Fold comes in two colors——blue and grey. The foldable phone is available in two specs options, providing the option of 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GGB. The former version is sold at 8,999 yuan while the latter is sold at 9,999 yuan.

Vivo X Fold adopts a 6.53-inch outer display and a folding 8.03-inch 1800x2200px LTPO2 inner AMOLED E5 display. Both displays support a refresh rate of 120Hz and LTPO technology. The foldable phone runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 12GB of RAM. Powered by a 4,600mAh battery, Vivo X Fold supports fast charging as well, allowing users to charge the battery to full in only 37 minutes.
