BEIJING, January 11 (TMTPOST) – The number of public charging stations increased by 100,000 in December 2023 compared to November, data from the China Charging Alliance showed. The number also represented a year-on-year growth rate of 51.7%. As of December 2023, the total number of publicly reported charging stations by member units in the alliance reached approximately 2.726 million, including 1.203 million DC charging stations and 1.522 million AC charging stations. From January to December 2023, an average of about 77,000 public charging stations were added each month.
