BEIJING, July 26 (TMTPOST) — Honor’s smartphone market share in its domestic market has risen to 14.6%, the company said on its internal forum, citing third-party data. This means Honor has become the third biggest brand in the Chinese smartphone market.
According to Honor, its Honor 50 series has laid the foundation for growth and Magic 3, which will be released on August 12th, will help the brand tap into the high-end market. At its peak time, Honor accounted for 16.7% of the market share in China. After separating from Huawei, the brand’s market share dropped to 3% in Q1 2021.
