BEIJING, May 7th (TMTPOST) — Tencent-backed fundraising company Waterdrop (Shuidichou) will increase its U.S. IPO pricing range to US$12, International Financing Review reported.
According to Waterdrop’s filling to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company is planning to issue 30 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) priced at US$10~US$12.
