1、所参选的孵化器必有其与众不同之处，同一类型的公司必须提供三个及三个以上备选名单。
2、有特殊经历或背景，能够帮助创业公司快速成长。
3、旗下所孵化的公司曾对行业造成深刻影响或带动行业发展。
